Fundamental Headphones - Auvio Wireless Headphones Review
It is sufficient for my needs. Lastly, the 180's are as comfortable to wear as the 130's.
Thanks to Kleer's uncompressed audio transmission technology another journey began via listening to some of my favorite Blue-rays like Oliver Stones "The Doors". The bass sounds are outstanding and precise. I've had the privilege of hearing some the best headphones on the market both wired and wireless and I can honestly say when it comes to sound quality. Noteworthy Features- These headphones provide great sound quality (to be expected from Sennheiser), and very easy to set-up.
The controls (volume up, volume down, and balance) are small and right next to one another, and I can't imagine trying to use them with the phones on. It's very easy to hit the wrong button.
Maybe a knob on each ear pad would be better. You could memorize which way to turn the knob. The volume up and down are aligned left and right of each other, but there is a power button in the middle - making it easy to turn off. To make it more complicated, these 3 buttons are all unique sizes and shapes from one another, and don't feel like arrows or anything relative to what their function is. I found the set-up to be extremely easy. I have found the buttons to be fairly easy to get used to but adjusting the volume required a bit of thought at first. I was really amazed at the quality of sound and the range as you can go anywhere in the house or outdoors on your property and listen to high quality music. The first week I got them I made everyone that came over listen to the sound, it was that surprisingly good. It is easy to use these cans for long periods of time as the ear pieces are comfortable & compliant. I had forgotten just how good (& well produced) these guys were. Thanks Amazon for offering quality with great pricing. The design of earphone is so unique that I have not seen before. I guess with practice this can be overcome, with no much frustration. Set-up was easy; just follow the directions.
There's no hiss or background noise thanks to the KLEER technology. And the sound is as good as the Sennheiser HD595 they replaced. If the sound source will be on at times when you're wearing the 180's, you will probably be bothered by this. These headphones were a replacement for a set of 5 year old Sennheiser RS120 headphones that we wore out (which had in turn replaced a cheaper set of headphones).
The sound is really great quality, and because they are so lightweight, you can probably wear them for hours without any discomfort. I highly recommend these headphones, especially for couples who don't have the exact same sleep schedule.
